Quality & SafetyAustralian Helicopters recognises the importance of quality and safety management and established a certified Quality Management System as well as appointing an experienced Quality and Safety Systems Manager reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Our Safety Management System has been developed to meet the stringent requirements of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority. In addition we have upgraded our safety management software to Air Maestro, a web based service which will enhance the management of safety reporting, quality, resource planning, operational control, document library, FAID fatigue risk management and pilot log books to name a few areas. This is seen as an important investment in our future as a leading aviation services provider. |
AccreditationAustralian Helicopters has also achieved accreditation under the International Standard ISO 9001:2008 for its Quality Management System and approach to conducting business. Our ISO accreditation means our customers and business partners can be confident of our commitment to professional business conduct.
